Associate Attorney
Steven A. Malerba graduated cum laude from Hofstra University in
Hempstead, NY in 1989, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with
a major in English. He went on to graduate from Hofstra University School
of Law in 1992, earning the degree of Juris Doctor. Admitted to practice
in the State of New York in 1993, Steven practiced law with two firms in
New York before establishing his own practice. In 2004, Steven and his
family made the decision to relocate to Chesterfield, Virginia. Since
coming here, he practiced law with another well-established local law
firm for two years and he joined S. Page Allen & Associates as an
Associate Attorney on May 1, 2007.
Mr. Malerba is a welcome addition to this law practice and he will continue
to uphold the high standards of legal and moral ethics that have
distinguished this firm for nearly 20 years. He is well versed in the
real estate laws for the Commonwealth of Virginia and has largely
focused his practice in this area. He also has considerable knowledge
and experience in Estate Planning.
Mr. Malerba is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Bar
Association of Richmond and the Chesterfield Bar Association. He is an active member of, The Knights of Columbus and the Chesterfield
Chamber of Commerce.Mr. Malerba resides in Chesterfield County with
his wife Valerie and their three children.
